## When you contact us

The demo link opens your own email app and sends nothing automatically. If you send an email, we process your email address, name and the information you choose to provide to respond and follow up. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling incoming business inquiries. Do not include sensitive personal data or member lists in a demo inquiry. Correspondence is retained while needed for the inquiry and an ongoing business relationship, or to meet legal obligations. Ask us about retention and deletion of your particular inquiry.

## Optional analytics

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after your consent. We measure public page visits and clicks on the demo email link. A click does not establish that an email was sent. Our events contain no email addresses, email content, query strings or URL fragments. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. Reject or withdraw consent through Change cookie choice in the footer. This does not affect access to the website.

## Providers and retention

Vercel serves the website and may process technical connection information for operation and security. Google Workspace handles incoming email, and Google processes technical information and pseudonymous visitor identifiers when you choose analytics. Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under their terms and safeguards; contact us for further details. Your cookie choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days without rolling renewal, and GA4 event retention is set to two months. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not automatically erase information already collected.

## Your rights

Contact hello@cohuba.com to request information and access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for future analytics at any time. Rights apply under the relevant data protection rules and can have exceptions. You have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
